I am happy to share with you an idea i seen
Somewhere reading through some blogs
I am not sure where but would like to let you know others are out doing this and I am not the first

This is a simple idea and works great

Today

Brag Book

with recycled products

you will need 3 tissue paper rolls

and some paper adhesive and then embellishments and what nots

Taking the tpr and bending the ends in to center at both ends of all 3

now wrapping with paper for decoration

and creating you base

 

 

Here is the 3 pages done with a photo on 1 already

Adding some borders, stamps, and some bling

you can create individuality for each page and pics you would like to add

Also adding a ring to the corner will allow for hanging or to just have instead of a binding

This is a great simple idea

Welcome to my tutorial tuesday #4

I am learning new things all the time lately.

I am learning to emboss with the Sizzix Big shot

and have used Tim Holtz

emboss pattern

I used the paper bag to create a gift bag and embossed the bag itself with a border

Then using this imagefrom Morgan Fitzsimons @ Scrapbook Stamp Society

I have colored

Placing image in top of white paper that is embossed with flower and vines

I have also added some Distressing ink by Tim Holtz also

Olive in color

Adding contact paper to Image of

Fairy Childstamp Forget me not

@ Scrapbook Stamp Society

Will make a great sticker

Just place the Contact paper face down cut to specs you need and then place image onto

Sticky surface and run from center out so you get no bubbles

Clear acts as if its not there

Beautiful!

I have added some lace with ribbon intertwined for a gift bag for a friend

Tutorial Tuesday - #3 SSS

Good Morning This Tutorial Tuesday #3

 i am learning lots with these tutorials and the others posted with SSS

Today on the Blog we have a simple tutorial on how to create a simple Blog Button

I have learned myself by playing with the sizes and adding things to the squares or whatever shape you end up with

I got mostly squares

Here is a simple blog Button I created for earth Day this past Week

I used my header from my blog to start and then open in a Photo Editor

My header is from a free site, comes with everything except Text

You place in the Editor and Create whatever you prefer afterward

Make Sure you give Credit to the Host of the Templates you use

( This is Only Fair)

When placing in photo editor you can manuever mostly whatever

In this i created approx size

of

111x82

or just keep messing with to see what you prefer

I then can add color or take away

I also can use different methods such as things like

60's, soften, googleeyes,  and lots more to create lots

There are so many Fonts

and different and ways to decorate you just need to find what you are looking for

After finding my color scheme

I add my logo or whatever the button is for

So inside the photo editor all the different tabs

such as

Crop

Color

Position

TexT

Stickers

Fonts

Decorations

Tags

and Lots Lots More

So when you feel like take a moment and try one yourself

You might enjoy it
